Based on Fluent software, a mathematical model of thermosyphon pump is established and numerical simulation carried out to study the influence riser tube length, diameter immersion ratio liquid lifting capacity efficiency. The results showed that: volume increased with increase ratio, whereas efficiency trend increasing followed by decreasing. highest for 340mm long, 6mm achieved when 0.35. With height in riser, velocity gas phase close wall was higher than along radial direction. In order enhance fluid interchange, corners refrigeration box were designed be arc-shaped corner speed lower temperature.
